Specify Zurich Airport rather than a city address
ZRH is the code for Zurich Airport; it does not describe a pickup in central Zurich. When enquiring about a journey to or from Strasbourg, provide the flight, travel date, direction and requested meeting location. This is a route linked to Strasbourg, not a claim that Alsace Transport operates as a locally based chauffeur company in Zurich.
Planning the road journey from Strasbourg to Switzerland
Your schedule must allow for the drive and the airline’s check-in, security and boarding requirements. Suitable margins and any breaks should be discussed for the date concerned; a fixed journey time is not guaranteed. Check the travel documents required for every passenger with the relevant authorities and airline, according to nationality and individual circumstances. A chauffeur transfer does not guarantee permission to enter Switzerland or an absence of border checks.
Landing at ZRH and continuing to Strasbourg
For the journey back to France, share the flight information and your final Strasbourg or Bas-Rhin address. Collecting checked bags and completing any required formalities come before meeting your driver. Confirm the permitted pickup location, how to contact each other and the waiting conditions in advance. If your flight is delayed or changed, use the agreed procedure; automatic monitoring and free waiting time should not be assumed.
A vehicle and proposal suited to the trip
A sedan or larger vehicle may be considered according to the travellers and their luggage, subject to confirmation of category, capacity and availability. Mention bulky equipment and access requirements. View the vehicle categories and request a Strasbourg–ZRH quote. Applicable road charges and journey conditions should be specified in the proposal; no motorway vignette or additional service is described as automatically included. You can also explore the routes to Basel-Mulhouse Airport and Frankfurt Airport FRA.
A vehicle category suited to your journey
A sedan or a larger vehicle may be considered depending on your group, luggage and itinerary. The category, capacity and availability must be confirmed in your quote; no particular fleet is promised here.

Questions about this airport transfer
Which documents do I need for a Zurich Airport transfer?
Requirements depend on each traveller’s circumstances. Check the relevant documents and entry conditions with the competent authorities and airline; the road transfer does not guarantee border clearance.
Can pickup be arranged elsewhere in the Bas-Rhin?
Include the complete address in your enquiry. The route, timing and availability will be assessed for that pickup, without assuming a vehicle is already based in the village or town.
Are Swiss motorway charges automatically included?
No inclusion is assumed on this page. Ask for any applicable road charges and conditions to be stated in the proposal before agreeing to the service.
