The Bas-Rhin is Alsace Transport’s priority service area. A request can connect Strasbourg, a town in the Eurométropole or another address in the department, subject to availability and agreed conditions.
Strasbourg and its surrounding towns
Tell us about pickups or destinations in Schiltigheim, Bischheim, Hœnheim, Illkirch-Graffenstaden, Ostwald, Lingolsheim, Eckbolsheim, Geispolsheim, Entzheim or Holtzheim. You can also specify Vendenheim, La Wantzenau, Mundolsheim, Lampertheim, Reichstett, Souffelweyersheim, Oberhausbergen, Niederhausbergen, Mittelhausbergen, Wolfisheim, Fegersheim, Eschau and Plobsheim.
Travel beyond the metropolitan area
Journeys may involve Haguenau, Brumath, Bischwiller, Obernai, Molsheim, Mutzig, Rosheim, Barr, Erstein, Benfeld, Sélestat or Saverne. Requests from Wasselonne, Marlenheim, Truchtersheim, Wissembourg, Niederbronn-les-Bains, Soufflenheim, Hoerdt and Dambach-la-Ville should include a precise address and time.
Stations, the airport and rural addresses
For a connection at Strasbourg station or Strasbourg Airport in Entzheim, allow suitable time for your onward journey. If departing from a village, explain any access details. Listing a town does not mean a vehicle is immediately available there.
Haut-Rhin destinations are offered in connection with Strasbourg; they are not presented as local Alsace Transport branches.
Make the pickup details useful
For Schiltigheim, Bischheim or Hœnheim, identify the building entrance and any stops before Strasbourg. For Illkirch-Graffenstaden, Lingolsheim and Ostwald, distinguish the meeting entrance from a company’s registered address when a site has several access points.
A journey from Geispolsheim or Entzheim might end at a hotel, a business or SXB Airport; the town name alone does not identify the destination. For Obernai, Molsheim, Saverne, Haguenau or Sélestat, explain whether you need one transfer, a fixed-time return or chauffeur hire with waiting. A business programme with several addresses should also specify the stop order.
