Specify Stuttgart Airport rather than just the city
Stuttgart Airport serves the Stuttgart region in Baden-Württemberg. A transfer to STR does not automatically mean a stop in the city centre, at a hotel or at the exhibition grounds. Please provide the airport code, flight and exact final destination. Business visits may involve more than one address, and each proposed stop should be described when you request the journey.
Travelling from Strasbourg for a flight at STR
This route requires more road planning than a local transfer to Entzheim. Agree a departure time based on your actual address, traffic and the airline’s requirements before the flight. For a work trip, explain the constraints of your schedule without treating a meeting or trade fair as an included extra stop. The proposed schedule and quote will be based on the journey you describe.
Arriving at Stuttgart and continuing to Alsace
Share the flight number and any terminal information supplied for your arrival. A meeting point should be agreed in an accessible location after you have left the arrivals process and collected your luggage. Use the agreed contact channel if the flight changes or is delayed. Waiting and any adjustment to the transport must be covered by the proposal. Enquiring alone neither reserves a driver nor provides automatic flight tracking.
Coordinate passengers, luggage and both legs
A sedan or a larger vehicle may be considered according to group size and luggage volume, subject to confirmed category and availability. If different people or schedules are involved in the outbound and return legs, set those details out separately. Explore vehicle categories, business transport in Strasbourg and the separate airport links for FKB or FRA, then ask for a tailored proposal.
A vehicle category suited to your journey
A sedan or a larger vehicle may be considered depending on your group, luggage and itinerary. The category, capacity and availability must be confirmed in your quote; no particular fleet is promised here.

Questions about this airport transfer
Does STR mean the airport or Stuttgart city centre?
STR is the IATA code for Stuttgart Airport. An address in Stuttgart or at the exhibition grounds must be provided separately; it is not the same destination as the airport.
Can I combine the airport transfer with a business meeting?
Describe the proposed addresses and timings when enquiring. Extra stops, available time and conditions must be assessed; additional visits are not included by default.
Which terminal details do you need for my transfer back to Strasbourg?
Share the information from your airline and confirm the meeting point with the operator. Any change of terminal or flight should be reported through the agreed contact channel.
