Getting to the station for departure
Provide your train departure time and pickup address. Allow time to enter the station and reach your platform, in addition to the road journey. The car pickup must be agreed around your actual schedule; a connection cannot be guaranteed from an estimated drive time alone.
Meeting your driver after arrival
When discussing the transfer, give the train details and explain your luggage needs. The meeting point must be identified outside the station using permitted access areas. Pickup on the platform is not assumed. Confirm what to do if your train is delayed or changed.
Continuing into the Bas-Rhin
